Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products sold by The Resell Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase on this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We sell one-time, digital access to supplier links — information pointing you to a third-party supplier for a given product category. We do not manufacture, stock, ship, or sell the physical products themselves, and no physical goods are shipped to you by us. What you receive after payment is the supplier link (and any accompanying notes) shown on your order confirmation page.

2. No affiliation with third-party suppliers or platforms

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an authorized representative of any supplier, marketplace, or platform linked from this site (including but not limited to Google, Alibaba, or any liquidation or wholesale marketplace). Any trademarks or platform names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe where a link leads.

3. No warranty on third-party suppliers or products

Supplier links are checked at the time they are listed for basic quality, pricing, and shipping-reliability signals, but suppliers are independent third parties we do not own or control. We make no guarantees, express or implied, about a supplier’s continued availability, pricing, product quality, product authenticity, or shipping performance after your purchase. Any dispute regarding a product you purchase through a supplier link is between you and that supplier.

4. Your responsibility when buying and reselling

We are not responsible for what you buy from a supplier, or for what you do with it afterward — including reselling it. You are solely responsible for confirming that anything you purchase and resell complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction, including (without limitation) trademark and intellectual property rights, product safety and labeling requirements, customs and import regulations, and consumer protection and marketing law. We do not review or approve how you list, describe, or sell any product sourced through a supplier link.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Resell Lab and its owners and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to: (a) your purchase from, or dealings with, any third-party supplier; (b) products you buy or resell using a supplier link; or (c) your use of or inability to use this site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase on this site is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Because access is delivered instantly and digitally upon payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a supplier link has been delivered, except where required by law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, EU law normally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly request that we begin delivering your supplier link immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once that digital content has been delivered, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the corresponding provision of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, stk. 2, nr. 13).

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
